2. Personal Data Controller
Kellfri AB is the personal data controller of the personal data you submit and is responsible for processing it in accordance with current legislation.

3. When do we process your personal data?
3.1 In order for you to visit our website, buy our products or services or contact us for service or information, we need to collect and process your personal data.
3.2 Kellfri AB collects and processes your personal data when you make a purchase on any of Kellfri's websites, use Kellfri support, visit Kellfri's website, attend an event organised by Kellfri AB or when you otherwise have contact with Dustin. The information collected from you when you make a booking or purchase is required to enable you to enter into an agreement with Kellfri AB and is also required to enable Kellfri AB to provide its services and offers.
3.3 If you are an Account Holder, Kellfri AB collects the personal data you enter when creating an account. Kellfri AB also collects data within the framework of your account during the time you are an Account Holder. Examples of such data are purchase history, how you interact with the Kellfri website and the type of offers you have shown interest in by reading e-mail or clicking on a link. Account Holders can, at any time, update their personal data on "My Pages".
3.4 We also collect and update your address information through third-party address change services.
4. What personal data do we process?
4.1 For Kellfri AB customers
The personal data collected and processed by Kellfri AB for customers who make a purchase or use our support services are:
• Name and ID number (personal identity number, national ID or corporate identity number)

• IP address and information regarding your interaction with the Kellfri website
5. Why do we process your personal data?
5.1 Kellfri AB processes your personal data for a number of purposes. Mainly, Kellfri AB processes your personal data in order to:
• Fulfil our commitment to you as our customer, such as to process purchases, create invoices and provide support.
• Enable general customer relations management and customer service, such as answering queries and correcting erroneous information.
• Disseminate information and target marketing regarding Kellfri AB's and selected partners' products and services by mail, e-mail, SMS/MMS messages and phone.
• Manage customer relations and provide services.
• Provide you with relevant information and tailored offers in newsletters and online.

6. The legal basis for processing your personal data
6.1 Kellfri AB bases the processing of your personal data on certain legal bases. These are described in this section.
6.2 We process your personal data in order to fulfil our agreement with you as our customer, such as making bookings and purchases as well as to fulfil our commitments to you as an Account Holder, such as simplified administration and order history tracking. With the support of this legal basis, we also process data on you as an Account Holder, such as monitoring your purchases, your browsing behaviours on our website, your interaction with Kellfri AB and your interest in our offers and products in order to fulfil our commitment to providing you with personalised offers.
6.3 Some of the personal data processing we do is based on a weighing of interests. For example, this applies to the processing we do in order to send you offers of our products and services and to make a limited segmentation of customers, e.g. based on total purchase amounts. Kellfri AB does not process sensitive personal data, nor does it conduct profiling, based on the weighing of interests.
6.4 In certain cases, Kellfri AB may be legally obligated to process your personal data. An example of such a case is processing personal data to meet the requirements of accounting law.
7.1 Kellfri AB may profile your personal data if you are an Account Holder. If you are an Account Holder, we analyse information on how you use our website, which products, services and offers you have shown interest in, which of our newsletters you have interacted with, which of our events you have registered for, the purchases you have made and account information in order to provide you with offers and to invite you to events that we believe you would be interested in.
7.2 You can, at any time, object to the profiling of your personal data. To do so, call Kellfri AB's customer service or send an e-mail to ; firstname.lastname@example.org . Upon receipt of your objection, Kellfri AB will discontinue profiling your personal data for this purpose.
8. How long do we store your personal data?
8.2 Kellfri AB stores customer data for a maximum of 36 months following a purchase or customer interaction with Kellfri AB, unless current legislation advocates or requires a different time limit.
8.3 Kellfri AB stores Account Holder data for as long as the Account Holder keeps an account open.
9. To whom do we transmit personal data?
9.1 Kellfri AB may transmit your data to a third party, such as Kellfri AB Group companies and other partners as well as to suppliers of card and communications services. Kellfri AB may also transmit your data to companies providing address update services to ensure that we have an accurate address for you in our system.
9.2 Third parties to whom Kellfri AB transmits data or otherwise shares information on a customer or Account Holder may only use the data for the purpose of selling and marketing Kellfri AB's own, partners' and Group companies' services and products or with the purpose of delivering services connected to Kellfri AB's agreement with you as a customer or Account Holder. If you apply for credit on a purchase of a product or service, your data may be transmitted to companies providing credit checks.
9.3 Kellfri AB may also transfer personal data if required to comply with current legislation or authority requirements, to protect Kellfri AB's legal interests or to discover, prevent or bring attention to fraud or other security or technical issues.
9.4 Kellfri AB may transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA if a Kellfri AB supplier or partner is domiciled there. Should personal data be transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, Kellfri AB will take measures to ensure that the personal data continues to be protected as well as to take measures required for legal transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.
9.5 We will not sell your personal data to a third party without your express consent.
11. Personal data protection
You should always feel secure when providing your personal data to us. Therefore, Kellfri AB has taken the security measures necessary to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, changes or deletion. For example, all customer and Account Holder data is stored in a database with access control and a firewall.
12. Your rights
12.1 Kellfri AB undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with current legislation.
12.2 Kellfri AB will, at your request or at its own initiative, correct, anonymise, delete or supplement incorrect, incomplete or misleading data.
12.3 You have the right to demand
a. Access to your personal data. This entails that you have the right to demand, in writing, a transcript of the processing we have conducted on your personal data. In such cases, we will require proof of identification according to your registered address. You also have a right to a copy of the processed personal data.
b. Correction of your personal data. At your request, we will expediently correct any erroneous or incomplete personal data.
c. Deletion of your personal data. You have the right to demand deletion of your personal data in the case that the data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal requirements preventing us from immediately deleting your personal data, such as in the case of accounting and taxation legislation. In this case, we will terminate the processing of data for purposes other than those required for legal compliance.
d. Processing limitations. This entails flagging that your personal data may only be processed for certain limited purposes. For example, you can demand a restriction when you have determined that your data is incorrect and you have demanded correction according to chapter 12.3 b. While the accuracy of your data is being investigated, processing will be restricted.
12.4 Kellfri AB will notify all recipients of your personal data according to chapter 10 above of any corrections or deletions as well as of processing restrictions.
12.5 You have the right to data portability. This entails your right to, under particular circumstances, receive and transfer your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to another personal data controller.
12.6 You have the right to object to the processing of personal data that is based on the balance of interests. Should you object to such processing, we will only continue to process your data if there are legitimate reasons that the interests in processing your data outweigh your own interests.
12.7 If you wish your personal data to be excluded from processing for the purpose of direct marketing, you can make an objection by sending an e-mail to ; email@example.com . Upon receipt of your objection, we will discontinue processing your personal data for marketing purposes.
