
Warranty for worry-free Ownership of a Kellfri Flail/Verge mower
As of 2026-03-01, a 36-month warranty on the gearbox and drivetrain is included for customers who purchase a Kellfri Flail Mower (X-series) or a Verge Mower (WKL-series).
Conditions for the Warranty to Apply
The warranty is valid only if all the following points are met:
• Assembly and use must have been carried out according to the current manual.
• Maintenance service must have been performed according to the manual's instructions.
• Kellfri's selected original oil and grease must have been purchased via Kellfri or an authorized dealer, and must be verifiable with a receipt.
Service records must be presented upon request together with documents verifying the content, such as receipts:
• Defective part
• Machine type plate
• Gearbox plate
• Completed and signed service record showing that service has been performed
• The machine in its entirety

Scope of the Warranty
Coverage up to 12 Months
• Compensation is provided for the repair or replacement of defective parts with confirmed material or manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
• Wear parts, including but not limited to: belts, flails, blades, blade bolts, hoses, wear surfaces, and oils.
Coverage up to 36 Months
• Compensation is provided for defective parts with confirmed material or manufacturing defects regarding the gearbox, pulley, and drivetrain.
The warranty does not cover:
• Wear parts, including but not limited to: belts, flails, blades, blade bolts, hoses, wear surfaces, and oils.
• Belt tensioning, rollers, bearings, bolted joints, pins, link arms, support rollers, surface finish, chassis parts, and PTO shafts.
The Warranty does not cover:
• Travel costs, shipping costs, or other costs in connection with warranty work.
• Consequential costs or downtime costs arising from damage to the machine.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, lack of service, incorrect use, user inexperience, or the use of non-original spare parts.
• Machines where the buyer has personally carried out alterations or modifications.
• Damage caused by accidents, external impact, fire, flooding, or frost.
