This Electric ATV flail mower is designed for efficient pasture topping, brush clearing and mowing of grass, weeds and vegetation on farms, horse paddocks, pastures and other green spaces where low noise levels and minimal environmental impact are essential. For optimal performance, an ATV with at least a 300 cc engine is recommended.

Don't let the low noise level fool you. This battery-powered ATV flail mower is equipped with a high-performance lithium battery from premium manufacturer Skyrich. With a battery capacity of 51.2 V and 105 Ah (5,376 Wh total), the electric motor delivers an impressive maximum output of 5 kW and a top speed of 3,000 RPM.
This provides outstanding power, transferred via two V-belts to drive the rotor (76 mm in diameter). The reliable power transmission ensures efficient mowing even in dense weeds, brush and heavy grass without losing performance.
The manual control unit allows you to easily start, stop and adjust the rotor speed directly from the driver's position. The cable connects directly to the battery, and the supplied bracket enables easy mounting of the control unit on your ATV.
You can also download an app that connects via Bluetooth, allowing you to monitor battery performance and a wide range of battery data.
Long operating time and convenient charging
With a generous operating time of 2–3 hours, depending on driving speed and vegetation, you can cover large areas on a single charge. When it's time to recharge, simply use the included 1.1 kW charger.
The flail mower charges from a standard 230 V power outlet, and in approximately 4.5 hours it is fully charged and ready for the next job. The battery pack is well protected with an IP55 rating against dust and moisture, and the charging system is optimised for safe charging in temperatures between 0–55 °C.
Maximum efficiency and robust construction
With a cutting width of 1,050 mm, you can work quickly and efficiently behind your ATV. The cutting height is easily adjusted between 45–90 mm using the height-adjustable wheels to suit the terrain.
The mower features side offset, allowing it to be positioned in different locations behind your ATV. The drawbar beam is also adjustable to several positions, providing greater flexibility when working along fences, roadsides and other hard-to-reach areas.
The machine is equipped with 16 heavy-duty hammer flails (143 g each), ensuring an outstanding cutting result by finely mulching the vegetation. The opening rear flap allows material to exit the mower quickly, improving workflow and cutting efficiency in dense vegetation.
The chassis is manufactured from steel with a thickness of 3 mm in the main frame and 4 mm on the sides for maximum torsional rigidity and long service life. Naturally, the entire machine is CE approved, ensuring compliance with current safety and quality standards.
For added safety, the battery can be securely fastened using the supplied tie-down straps.
